Whew! Up at 3:30 am to be on the road by 4 to take Burr to the vet. Just now sat down to a watermelon breakfast. Not gonna lie, lunch is going to be popcorn while I watch the football game. 😉
This afternoon I'll be making some healthy food to take to a cookout tomorrow; I can guarantee there will be absolutely nothing I can eat. But that's not important; I'm going to see family (we're all fully vaxxed and it will be mostly outdoors, but masks will be packed). I can eat what I want whenever I want, but I rarely get to see my family from OK, TN, and IN .
