Last fw days have been crazy...fell off the wagon, had disruptions in my routine but I am back and ready to conquer today!!
The good thing about yesterday was that I had my 1st of 6 vists with a nutritionist. We sat and chatted about many things, mainly what I wanted to et out of our session, which is not just weight-loss....but a better understand of food itself. She gave me some reading materals and a meal plan to follow....she slao said that I should be eating about 1475 calories a day for weightloss.....a bit less than my 1700 that I was trying to eat....so starting a new journey today
Now if I could just get to the gym regularly...
