Today was a new day...i was having a low morning, but decided to go into my work out with a good attitude and man did i see success!!! I have been trying desperately to teach myself how to jog and i have been doing a few minutes of walking at 3mph and then a jog at 5mph or 5.5mph for a minute to a minute and a half. By the end of a minute and a half i am exhausted. so today i did the usual start at 3 minutes of walking at 3mph and then boosted it to 5.5mph for a minute, then cut it down to 5mph for 30 seconds and then just to try something new i dropped it to 4mph. Well who knew it but i managed to jog at 4mph for 15 minutes!!!! i did a total of 1.02 miles straight jogging, i dont think ever in my life i have jogged for 15 minutes straight. I am very proud of myself today!!!
