Well, I didn't get to lose 2 lbs a week. I did, however lose more weight this month since starting Atkins (except for the initial first two weeks)in January 20, 2014. This challenge has showed me how my body reacts to certain foods, my BP meds and use of pain killers. I see how I gain about a pound immediately after a big weight drop and I am Ok with that since that's just the way it is. I have learned a lot this month and better understand what I need to do to continue to lose weight. My first challenge, I'd have to say it was a success in my eyes.
