You only fail when you give up. You have to find your motivation. I read somewhere "Losing weight is hard. Being fat is hard. Choose your hard!!" Read some fitness magazines, buy some exercise DVD's and clothes or some good walking shoes, read a motivational book, do whatever you need to do to get yourself motivated. It's not easy. You have to want it and be ready for it mentally. Good luck!
