Haven't been doing much journaling lately, and haven't been doing a good job tracking calories. Partly it's that I've just been lazy lately with dieting/exercise. No real excuses except not taking the time. No motivation and feeling stressed this week, resulting in stress eating. Luckily I haven't gone too overboard, but enough that makes me feel guilty and frustrated with myself. Just been in a bit of a funk since the weekend ended I guess you could say. Really need to pick myself up and get going, because I know I'll feel better afterwards.
I need to remind myself that today is a new day. It doesn't matter what I did or didn't do yesterday, I can do better today.
