I got to brown belt in karate junior level, I'm currently learning jujitsu I mean I say jujitsu but it's got mma, judo, wrestling in it but my grades will be in bjj.
I haven't been graded in bjj yet but from when I was graded in karate was the greatest feeling you should be proud you've probably worked really hard and as I said originally kickboxing is no easy feet for sure! 💪💪

A woman after my own heart, well done..I got to brown belt level...wish I could have carried on but I hurt my back ( in a totally unrelated situation! ) I still have my punch bag in the garage...its great for fitness, I really should start using it again 😅

Thanks all! Definitely more of a work out compared to some HIIT classes I've attended too. Awh lush, my daughter does taekwondo, so funny watching 5 year olds try and coordinate kicks and punches 👊😄
