I was naughty and went OFF my rotation diet last night. Had a turkey/avo unwich from Jimmy John's, some carrots and hummus, 3 light Mike's and then my "ice cream." Belly does, duh, hurt today. Back ON today! At LEAST until Chuck and Kassie's!
