shortbase's Logboek, 19 sep 21

So 3 weeks in on my journey to try to lose weight. 55 year old, and at 18stone 12 decided that’s it. Got to do something. SOOOO….. now walking 3k a day with the dog (instead of 1/2k) and I have cut my calorie intake. Guideline for me is 2500, trying to keep it to 17/1800.

Week 1 - dropped 5 lbs.
Week 2 - dropped 3 lbs,
Today down to 18 st 2, so another 2 lbs gone. AND this week included an anniversary Dominos pizza celebrating 30 years since meeting my better half, and a small Chinese meal too.

Hoping to hit the 1 stone lost in the first month!!!
