Well I did it. The weekend is over and I managed to keep my weight with no gain. No loss also, but no gain. Had lasagna last night and I was afraid to step on the scale this morning but no change. I ate very well this weekend except for the lasagna (which was a small piece at least, followed by a long walk). But today is the dreaded Pi day. Tonight I will have to taste test at least 10 pies to judge. NOT looking forward to it. Especially since this is the week before my period and the weightloss is starting to turn stagnant. It always does for me during this time, but I dont want to let the cravings from my hormones make it worse so I gain. If I can make it through this week without gaining, I will be happy. Anyway, wish me luck for tonight... Im going to need it. I will eat my own dinner before I come and hit the gym this morning. Going to be a tough week, but Im ready for the challenge.
