Well my reformer class was today.. I was careful and did not tweak my back today. Last week I was sore for 3 days.. I wonder how it will be this week.. I am nervous for my weigh in tomorrow. I dont think I will have a drop. I was not as good last week. I ate too much on saturday.. I tried to account for that on sunday. I chose to not have a treat at night when I had the extra calories for it.. thinking it would help counter act my eating on saturday. Anyway.. I plan on making pot pie for my husband tonight since it is pi day. I hope you all have a good day. :)
