[color=red]I want to get down to 130 pounds by the end of this next quarter so I have about 13 weeks to do this. I am going to up my workouts to at least an hour at least five days a week. No more candy!!!! One day a week, frozen yogurt or a York peppermint patty. No more ice cream of cookies!! Stay away from burritos, the Broiler and wraps. Stick with sandwiches, paninis, grilled chicken and salads.
