I didn't do as good as I thought I did. I guess Monday madness caught up with me. I hope to do much better this week! Sometimes its how you feel rather than the number on the scale. I'm going to challenge myself this week to stop eating fast food! Its proven numerous times that it does me no good!
Oh I did do over 3000 steps today! Lost count because I was day dreaming while walking. Had a good workout with the bro and a good talk!
