Just figure I'd get some measurements in, since I am starting a couple challenges soon.
Measurements: Bicep: 10.8" (taken halfway down upper arm) Overbust: 39.5" (over shoulderblades and tucked under pits) Bust: 41" (taken directly on nipples) Underbust: 37" (taken directly below breasts) Waist: 33" (taken at natural waist) Bellybutton: 40" (taken at bellybutton level) Hips: 42" (taken at widest point, above pubic bone) Calf: 16" (taken at widest point, halfway down calf) Mid-Thigh: 21" (taken at middle of thigh, where thigh highs would lay) High Thigh: 24" (taken at widest point, right below pubic bone)
Goals:<ul> <li>I'd like to see the bicep number go up, since my arms are scrawny.</li> <li>I'm apathetic about calf measurement.</li> <li>I'd like to gain more muscle tone in my thighs, but the numbers themselves might go up or down, depending on how much fat is lost versus how much muscle is gained.</li> <li>I hope every other measurement goes down.</li> </ul>
