Okay, that was frustrating. I wrote an entry, went to check on my account settings and the entry was erased. Urgh!
Goals today and this weekend: Eat to Live, no refined sugars, exercise daily, harp/keyboard, catch up on work, clean house, time with husband. No obsessive talking in my head to old friend who hurt me, no lying around with Google and on-line tv. Time with youngest daughter also. Check out gym at local community center. Make a list each night.
