grr FS lost my journal entry. I am shocked I lost weight this week. But last week was a tom week so I guess I was holding onto water and so that is why the loss this week is so good. I rode my bike today.. I am trying to get back into 5 days a week of exercise. I rode it on an easy setting today to try and start off slow.. and I am still sore from my reformer class yesterday. FS is being the red headed step-child again. It took me an hour to get here this morning and is giving me ALL kinds of errors about every five mins or so.
