This Friday will be my 2nd week on this site and I have to say it helps a lot. I haven't ventured out enough to start adding people but I would like to. So if you both would like to add me, that would be great. I have to say the calorie counter really helps. There is no way I would be able to keep up with the calories much less be able to figure out how many calories are in certain foods. I have added a treadmill to the mix and let me tell you that has been the hard part, but with each passing day that too seems to be getting a little easier. Don't feel like you are alone there lots of people that are in the same boat. It's a long, and at times lonely, journey trying to lose weight but there is hope. In the last 2 weeks that I have been on here I have lost almost 7lbs. I wish you both luck in getting to where you would like to be:)
