Debinator's Logboek, 16 mrt 11

It's funny how sometimes taking a break is a good thing. I quit counting calories sometime around August of 2010 and managed to maintain within 5 lbs. So now I know I can handle maintenance...mostly anyway LOL) Time to get back on the weight loss train- Basically staying on the fitness train just eliminating a few unnecessary calories- good-bye sweet tea, and french fries, and the occasional canes chicken.
So I'm back with vengeance!!
