I've lost 5 lbs in the past week. I really don't see a difference on my body though. I think I will wait one more week, then take my measurements again. Those numbers are much more convincing to me.

I usually don't notice changes, especially since I mostly wear loose dresses. Really didn't realize I'd gained weight until I had to try on slacks for a job interview.
