I've been really bad about recording lately, but I have been pretty good overall sticking to low calorie and getting exercise in. Need to get back in the habit of recording, I know that if I don't I'm going to slip eventually and don't want it to get out of hand. I also didn't weigh for several days because my scale battery died, but I was very pleased to see the number go down since I weighed last week!
71,9 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 10,7 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

I havent recorded in over a month, dont feel bad. But today I am starting to record and get back on the train! I must I must, decrease my bust! lol :D
