I've been really bad about recording lately, but I have been pretty good overall sticking to low calorie and getting exercise in. Need to get back in the habit of recording, I know that if I don't I'm going to slip eventually and don't want it to get out of hand. I also didn't weigh for several days because my scale battery died, but I was very pleased to see the number go down since I weighed last week!
