I thought getting back up to 230 was enough to get me focused on losing again. I lost 15 pounds, then found myself creeping back up again. I hit 220 and decided I needed to take a more aggressive approach to taking back my health. Counting calories and keeping a food diary is what helped me before and I know it works, so here I go again.
