Can someone please help me and tel me how many calories in a sirloin steak with the fat cut off because there is so many different nutrition/calorie different I don't know which one is correct nutritional info

I usually search beef steak (lean) cause I also cut off all the fat... Then you get like a general amount of calories for the beef. I stick to this one option whenever I eat beef and it seems to work for me. I assume it's a little bit less calories than what it says per grams but it doesn't really bother me.
