RumnCoke's Logboek, 21 mrt 11

I'm not weighing myself today *LOL* After my mom's birthday dinner on Saturday, I had gained a little...but I figured it would come off in a day or two, if I ate well...but that didn't happen...I had a bison burger yesterday...and that was all the solid food I was gonna eat, but Kyle ended up coming over, so we got baked chips and I made us each another bison burger at night...I was reasonable with the burger, but I had FAR too many chips :( I had like 1378 calories for the day, when I'm used to being on an 800 calorie diet...Now I woke up still feeling bloated and distusting...

It's funny writing that, 'cause it sounds like so few calories, but when my body is used to so little, splurging like that really has made me feel bad...

I have to remember this feeling so I don't do it again...

So today before curling I'll walk for 40 minutes or so, then go curl for 2 hours...
