Good mornin, good yawnin. Tried something new today, tosses in some beautyberry instead of strawberry and it's pretty good! Banana, cinnamon, beautyberry jam, oats, cookies n cream protein.

I've never heard of beautyberry... It's good to see you sticking to your morning regimen. I can't say it looks yummy....but I CAN say it looks healthy!! (how did your finals go, btw?) I'm sure you did very well!!

It's a wild berry that grows here 🙂 good for jam! Luckily these concoctions taste great or I wouldn't eat them - I'm not one of those "force the nasty protein shake down" people, it has to be worth eating or I won't touch it 🤣 Final went great, highest score so far!

It's larger, I think! It's a medium sized pickle jar. Doesn't have the volume on it for some reason, but it is the next size up from the smallest most stores carry 😅

When I mix the smoothies it normally only fills about 1/2 to 3/4 of the jar, the rest I fill with water and shake before freezing overnight. That way I trick myself into staying a bit more hydrated 😜
