Back to my usual eating again. It feels so light after a weekend of restaurant food, but I’m happy and no longer feeling bloated. I made a whole grain mango bread with ginger, apricots, and walnuts. It’s very delicious, but I accidentally used the wrong setting so part of it didn’t get baked. I missed my workouts on our long weekend where there was little opportunity to exercise. Looking forward to running early tomorrow and gym in the afternoon. My kitten is laying on me purring right now. Life is good. Have a great day, FS friends!
