No weigh in today. Mostly because money has gotten a little tight, and I need to eat what is available. No opportunity to make a run to the grocery store for more keto items. Keto has presented a challenge like this before, just due to the fact that my family eats differently than I do. This is usually what causes me to get off of keto. We've been perusing through different recipes, and have seen a lot of cool stuff that we want to try. For example, Lisa and I are going to head out to the stores tomorrow and get some items so that we can make pho this weekend. Really trying to get off the overly processed items and keep it more natural whole ingredients. I'll keep you posted on how it turns out...
