I have no trust in my analog scale! There's definitely a plot between it and the fridge to deceive me. The culprit showed 81 on the dial just now, and then 80.5, and then 83. So for safety I'm putting 84 here.
Did overeat this week, and not healthy at all. Average kcal a day around 1900, which is way higher than my goal of max 1500. Also did the first proper exercise of the week this morning, a fast 10 km walk. End November I want to be on 78, and then I'll buy myself a new scale.
Overall I'm still happy with my progress though, my lifestyle dramatically improved from a year back. Just need to get proper sleep on time every day, stop adding sugar to my many coffees each day, and daily exercise.
