Is so much easier to diet once being home. Chris and I went shopping and bought lots of healthy foods. I have told my friends and family I am on diet and will be trying to eat at home more. Hopefully, we save money in the process.
I started working out again 2 days ago. I forgot how sore you become :( No pain, no gain. However, I was excited to see a number below 164 today. I can't believe I am exicted about 163.6. My new short term goal is below 160 by April 4th.
Another plus: my jeans are fitting better!
