I have been off the site for a while friends. My father past away last week after a month long struggle with 2 heart attacks and a stroke. I am doing ok and back to work now, but I did not stick to my diet and sadly gained 5lbs back. Not gonna even log that in because I am back on induction, on advice of my doctor and hoping those 5lbs are gone by the end of the week. Doing ok over all. Trying to get back to normal. Induction has been a breeze so far, not like the first time. I am here to say I am not giving up!! I am gonna really try. This whole experience had been life changing. Thanks freinds for your support. Weighing in tomorrow. Will be posting then.

Very sorry for your loss, it is understandable why you gained the 5 pounds,but I am sure you will get them off in no time.

Thank you frieds for all the nice words. I am relived that he is in a better place and no longer suffering. I am glad to be back on Atkins and inductiona nd feeling much better. Back at work and planning on hitting the gym today. THANX AGAIN.
