Gained a pound...urgh! Well I have been drinking most nights so that's probably why. Damn wine, why do I love you so much?? Also I lost 4 pounds last week so I kind of expected a gain. Think I'll still go ahead with my weekly reward day anyway. Because I know that if I don't it'll just make my life hell trying to avoid binges all week because I will feel deprived. Going to keep my alcohol consumption as low as possible this next week. I need to keep reminding myself that ultimately, I am only 0.25 pounds over my goal I'd set for May 18th thanks to that 4 pound loss last week. So I should be violently happy lol.
