I will not get on the scale this week, I'm in Hawaii my dad is 95 and he knows he does not have much longer So many things wrong. It's nice knowing he is ok with it. Always sad to let a parent go. Crazy thing is he is still so sharp He remembers what he did 50 years ago as well as who came to visit . Tough to let go.

Just be there, fully present. Everything else can wait. Lost my dad last November and do not regret a single second I spent with him during that time.

Thanks, Four of us and we go to visit every day I know he loves the company and silly stories. And he gets anything he wants to eat anytime yesterday he had chocolate candy for lunch my kind of lunch
