darned hard work sometimes.. but I want to be able to enjoy my Xmas food..so it's got to be done.. not long to go

I enjoy exercise so that's no problem . Diet is another kettle of fish. Usually my clothes getting tight will bring on discipline or sometimes I just feel grotty due to bad diet. I hate that feeling😡

Have a discipline and be consistent.set a goal a vision where would you like to be in 3 months ect. Stay focus and your goal.

Love seeing the gains, so to the gym I go 😄
