Went out for dinner at a fish place today. In truth I have no idea how much I really ate according to the diet...
It was a big dinner with a lot of friends and I felt really silly not having champaign. Club soda was my cocktail, no thank you to bread, swordfish con faggoli please. When it arrived it had mash potatoes that I had to not eat. Much strength involved.
Today was the most caloric, although I totally faked all the ingredients and measures, and I didn't feel all that full all day. I guess its always better to eat lots of fiber.
