Primalkid's Logboek, 30 aug 14

I am not going to record this as a weigh-in but I want it to be on the record that my weight this morning was 160.5 lbs (the same weight as last week). Yesterday I could have been holding water or today I am dehydrated; who knows. However, if next week I am still 160.5 lbs then I will count that as two weeks at same weight and increase kcal by 10%.
