i ate well today but felt really tired about 2pm.. had juice again in the morning. carrot apple and orange.. a good breakfast and a light lunch of salad.. had fruit for a snack and a yogurt.. for dinner had whole meal wraps with mince and cheese with two vodkas.. i am so tired though so i need to find out what that is about.. i didnt go to the gym today but will tommorow..will eat healthy again.. not sure what to do for lunch though it will be a salad..
