Well tomorrow is my weigh day if i haven't lost am going to get on Atkins going back to the first week phase 1 induction and stay on it ,i have been at 180 for 3 weeks iam only eating 20-to 25 carbs a day.that is in my vegs . i only cheated 1 day and i ate pizza .I started Atkins on july 14
