Today I ate porridge with a whole bannana and almonds, I ate that about 8am this morning.. Its half past 11am and I dont relly feel hungry, Ive been sipping a bottle of water and I have friut (strawberries, pineapple and oranges for snacks.. I also have a activia yogurt and a carmen bar for later as Im going to the gym later for a workout and a wellness ball class, which is basically a class that works with those big balls.. quite challenging actually...
I put eh wrong weight it when I started and Im not sure how to change it?? does anyone know how to do this??
