thanks so so much for your Love <3 your such a doll iamachristianjesusfreak thanks so so much the burden passed.. now that I dont use food to shove down my feelings ....some times when something happens today can trigger an old feeling I never dealt with before or was aware of before ...being told to often shut up or go away leave me alone or having to not only fend for myself but the needs of my 5 younger brothers ,,, growing up I developed many bad habits to cope .. food is one ,, never had a weight problem till I got married and there was a lot of messages from him and his family that I dint measuer up ,, wasn't until I went through a divorcee after 25 years legally 28 years .. I got counseling learning more about myself ,, codependency ,,now through lots of trials I have learned to Love me the way the Lord Loves me and give to myself the Love I always wanted from others to my awesomeness self <3....so when some one was fussing over my choices on here ,, it made me aware ,, that I dint have a voice to say stop or no ,,,, I would have in the past say nothing and continue to absorb there negative messages making them my own ,,, that's why maybe my message sounded so defensive ,, much more then I needed to say ,,, But thanks Lord I did <3 Im grateful to you Love ya Much <3 sweet dreams <3
