MAn...did great last week on my workouts and slacked after my last one recorded. Got back on that train today. Feels good. Doing well with nutrition. I was super hungry on Friday so ate probably closer to 2000 calories and more carbs...maybe 40-50. So not a real cheat, but did throw me out of ketosis. Still happy with my approach to nutrition and proud of myself for not getting into any unhealthy cycles.
