I weighed in this morning at 164.2. I'm ok with that because my clothes are loose and I'm doing the Insanity workout.
Today I went and got a B12 shot, so I hope that it helps with my workouts.
I'm currently taking Alive, Fish Oil (4 for a total of 2,000 mg), B-Complex (2).
