STUFFY HEAD !! BLAH. Want to scratch my nose off my face. I can't smell so its messing with my appetite. Haven't had more than a 1/2 a pork chop and bit of cucumber. Plus, I'm freezing. No fair.I am just getting back on track. Looking forward to my weigh in this week. Looking good. I am pretty sure I am down again. YAY. At least something good is happening. :) Trying to be strong.

So sorry to hear about your father. A weight gain is understand as watching what you eat at a time like that is just not doable. Hoping that the 5 lb drops off quick. Hoping you are doing okay, it takes a long time to get over the loss of a parent. He will always be with you in spirit.
