3. I think I will try to change the way I am eating. Still low LCHF, but much more controlled as calories...I keep on gravitating around the same weight. I only hope that I am only now getting rid of the water I retained while flying. What do the pilots do, who are flying every day? I did not go to the gym in a while, maybe 1 month now.
