ChrisComedy's Logboek, 11 sep 14

Seven hours of sleep with dreams and no wide-awake episodes, some drowsing while listening to podcasts. Morning plank. Ten minutes on the Air Walk Trainer first thing in the morning to burn off glycogen.

Today is another down day (500 calories) on the Alternate-Day diet (intermittent fasting, 4:3), to make up for Friday, which was supposed to be a down day. I've been slacking back on the hydration, hope to hit it harder today.

Today is going to be another heavy cardio day, partly because it's going to be 93, partly because I've got something good to watch on the tablet, partly because I'm binge-watching the first season of "The Blacklist." Swampy as all get out. Today is supposed to be the last smoking hot day of summer, according to one local blog. Good riddance.

Cardio: two-and-a-half hours on the Air Walk Trainer, 327 steps.

The powdered milk I ordered is loaded with sodium: 642 mg PER cup. For comparison, Bob's Red Mill is 110 mg per cup. I'm going to cut it in half when mixing in water. At least that will halve the sodium. I will try a 4.4 pound bag of Carnation next.
