Got good pathology news from hubby's Colonoscopy. Six of the 7 polyps removed were pre-cancerous and 1 was not anything to be concerned about. All removed and next recommended is 3 years. God is Great!
Lost the Stress/Thanksgiving weight. Glad I was able to be mindful of the powerlessness of food as a comforter. I will still want to eat some of the less healthy foods that aren't everyday foods, but it feels like I have broken thru a WALL! One that I have never seen the other side of before. I am praying that this Peace with food lasts. Also praying for other family members and FS friends to find this place as well.
