Fiber one bars are usually a good go to especially if you want something more like cake. Rice cakes are really good they have I love their caramel chocolate and Apple cinnamon flavors. The Apple cinnamon one is so good with a little granola yogurt and fruit on top.

I have a sweet but just one serving and plan my calories for the rest of the day around that. I usually plan sweets into my eating for the day so I don’t have to feel guilty and it’s already accounted for

Sweets are my weakness. Fruit does the trick for me. Especially fresh pineapple.

Have you ever tried frozen grapes? It's like sherbert. So good. I do recommend letting them thaw out a little though, especially if you have sensitive gums.

Greek yogurt with chia seeds or a beef stick. Anything with a little protein will do.

Honeydew 🍈 is in season I like them cubed and frozen. I agree with thawing out a little bit because I have sensitive teeth 🦷

Fruit. Strawberries for sure. Usually, Greek vanilla yogurt with strawberries satisfies an ice cream craving

I use half or a quarter of a protein bar or dump two teaspoons of brown sugar in a cup of coffee or tea - that works. I had to raise my protein macros to reduce the cravings for sweets. That did work. Just make sure that you log it and include that in your calorie count for the day. Do not deny it - or try to work around it. Just log it.

Believe it or not something salty can help…salted almonds are a good choice. How about a protein shake? You can buy the powder and make a smaller serving if you like. Mix in a couple berries of your choice.

I don’t typically keep sweet type stuff in the house. If I really want something I have to go.buy it. I usually just ignore the craving and it passes. If it doesn’t then I either walk or drive to the store to buy it.

I normally have a high protein bar (I call it my candy bar). Sometimes I drink a zero Powerade in a flavor that I like. I do that when I'm really focused on not eating more than portion sizes. and only when I have been focusing on healthy eating.
