I eat all kinds of crap… but if I do I just try to stay on my kcal goal if I go over every now and again oh well… I don’t sweat it I eaither increase my activity or go under kcal goal for a bit to make up for my transgressions… for me I have to be able to live life and that means not getting bent out of shape if I want to drink beer or eat a huge bowl of cereal or whatever :)
