I usually fast every day, from 13h00 to the following morning 8h00, but had a absolutely manic day where I just literally didn't eat anything only drank water, I don't do extended fast often, only if I hit a plateau and now that I have reached my goal weight I don't need that anymore😁, however the intermittent fasting definitely works, it has become my lifestyle😊

Thanks Nikina70, its is my ocd that kicks in while plating my food, however my husband says it is bored housewife syndrome 😂🤣, and yes it was delicious 😁
