I want to thank everyone who has been around me in this time that is less than 1 years😎👍🏼 - I want to say that I feel VERY PROUD 🦾🤩of myself for everything I have achieved in this year with my physique and my Health ! I started to worry about myself because the doctor told me that my cholesterol was VERY high 😵💫🙈 - and here I am dealing with that problem 😈 I don't have many photos of my past years because I was NOT happy with my physique 😖😤 but this was what I found 🤪🤪 (2019-170LB). (2020-180LB) (2021-123LB😍) 53LB less 🦾🦾👏🏻👏🏻

Melanie- My father says it's discipline, first I don't have children, so I can think the first 3 times of myself before thinking of someone else🤪🤪. Second and it was something new for me - counting calories by eating healthier - lots of water - no soda - no sugar - more protein.
Third, the first 3 months I exercised daily 😖😖😖 (wanting is power🦾). After that I started exercising 3 or 4 times with weights and to this day I continue to do the same - another important thing, I don't have much party life, I dedicate myself to work and I love being at home 🤷🏼♀️
I started trying to lose weight in November 2020 I did it very slowly until May 176lb to 160lb in the middle of May I started doing the hard work and doing more disciplined until today 160lb to 123lb
