I've had 4 higher calorie days so today is a fruit, green salad and protein day with lots of water! I have to wean myself off the yummy bread rolls here even though most are multigrain and seeds they really up my calorie intake. So the plan is a bread free week till next wednesday. Maybe longer but I can cope better if i set an end date for bigger restrictions! We move into our home next wednesday so it will be much easier to cook and buy my own foods and have my own kitchen with good foods in the cupboards! I am thinking of buying the INSANITY workout dvds but am having trouble finding them as amazon doesn't deliver to switzerland!
