my scale says 21%. 22 it calles me chubby. doing awesome!! I'll maybe do a cut in spring. July dexa said 13% I'd love to be sub 10 but to maintain that long term I don't feel as strong. keep crushing it man .

Last spring I did a super fast cut. 6 weeks. All in home workouts. Just picked up the pace to keep my heart rate up and cut to like 2500 calories with 40% protein. Jogged one mile a week. It's really all diet control. Keeping the protein up to not lose lean mass and burning more than your putting in. I kept carbs below 150g and fats up. Idk if that's right but it worked for me. Lost almost 9 pounds of fat according to my scale.

No problem man. In my journal on Nov 2 the top 2 pics was 6 weeks apart. The fat pic was start second was end.
